Thin for Life Diet

How this diet works: 

Ann Fletcher located 160 people who had lost at least 20 pounds and maintained that loss for at least three years. She calls these weight loss experts 'masters of weight control,' and uses their advice and personal histories to describe 10 keys to weight management that include developing a positive attitude and learning how to stop relapses.
 
Good points:

There is no strict diet to follow, and readers are encouraged to adjust the plan to fit their own personal circumstances. Once you lose weight following this strategy, you'll have learned how to keep it off for good. 

Bad points:

Weight loss will be gradual. It may take quite a bit of effort and behavior changes to successfully alter your lifestyle meet these suggestions.
