The active ingredients are all Plant Medicine 

Helichrysum italicum (Immortelle) –

A Wild Mediterranean plant with bright yellow petals.

Used by the ancient Greeks for its excellent wound healing attributes, modern science has shown it to be a good antimicrobial, cell regenerating and an anti-inflammatory agent, making it one of the most important ingredients in Dental Pro 7

It is also anti-allergenic, and am astringent. It promotes new cell growth and also has good antioxidant qualities.

Leptospermum scoparium (Manuka) – unique antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic, stomach-healing, wound-repairing, and overall health-promoting properties.

We get our Manuka from The East Cape region of New Zealand (which has been confirmed as having the highest antimicrobial activity). There is evidence indicating that it is up to 20 times more potent than Australian tea tree and has been proven in studies to be excellent at killing the bacteria that attack the teeth and gum tissue.

Commiphora myrrha (Myrrh) – traditional Chinese medicine used for prevention and treatment of gum disease for soreness and swelling, inflamed gums (gingivitis), loose teeth, canker sores, bad breath, and chapped lips.

We use Indian Myrrh oil extracted from the resin of the Commiphora myrrha tree.

Indian Myrrh is high in flavonoids which can help to assist in inflammation reduction and naturally boost the body’s immune system.

Mentha Arensis (Cornmint) – used to treat rheumatic pain, neuralgia, laryngitis, indigestion, colds, bronchitis, relieving earache, nervous stress and toothache.

Cornmint or Japanese Peppermint is a plant with hairy leaves and spiked purple flowers.

Adds a pleasant minty taste to the product and helps kill oral bacteria.

Punica granatum (Pomegranate) seed

This luxury ‘cold pressed’ Pomegranate seed oil from India is a powerhouse of antioxidants, vitamins and Omega 5 fatty acids.

New research has shown pomegranate to have a potent regenerating and healing effect on the bodies soft tissues so may dramatically aid in the healing of damaged, inflamed, receding or bleeding gums (4, 5, 6).

Another study indicates that it also helps to fight Dental Plaque and kills microorganisms that can lead to cavities and gum disease (3).

Eugenia caryophyllus (Clovebud) This oil is usually associated with dental preparations due to its analgesic properties. Clove also has a long history in Chinese medicine.

This Indian Clove oil is extracted from the buds of the Syzgium aromaticum tree.

Clove is a very powerful herb indeed, it has great antiseptic properties, numbs pain due its eugenol content and has the highest anti-oxidant rating of any natural plant extract in the world.

Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) essential oil has antiseptic and anesthetic properties.

This white thyme extract comes from Hungary.

Thyme is one of the most powerful antiseptic plants in the world and when used in the correct dosage can provide outstanding protection against plaque bacteria, yeast, mould, viruses and germs.

Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) leaf – antiseptic and anti-fungal; used for many different things.

Spearmint gives the product a sweet minty taste while helping to whiten teeth and heal sore gums.

Alpha tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E) – antioxidant

Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that helps to protect the cells and membranes from environmental damage. It also prolongs the shelf life of Dental Pro 7 to several years.

Mentha piperita (Peppermint) leaf – breath freshener, also has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties

Peppermint gives Dental Pro 7 its sharp menthol kick, gives you fresh smelling breath and is an excellent anti-bacterial agent.

Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed) grape seed may be used to treat a range of health problems related to free radical damage, including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Grape seed extract has also been shown to protect against bacterial infections, such as Staphylococcus aureus.

Dental Pro 7 uses grapeseed to ‘carry’ all the ingredients into the gum tissue. Its a very light, fast penetrating lipid containing vitamins, omega 6 fatty acids and has good astringent qualities.

Inactive Ingredients:

ZERO inactive ingredients. Inactive ingredients are needed in very small amounts when a supplement is made into a tablet or put into capsule. Dental Pro 7 is a liquid.
